Handling of Applicants' Personal Information

Micoworks, Inc. and its group companies(hereinafter referred to as "the Group") requests that you provide us with your resume and other personal information (hereinafter referred to as "personal information”) as part of your application for employment with the Group from the time of application to the time of selection and employment.
The handling of personal information at the Group shall be as described below. Please provide your information only after agreeing to the contents of this document in advance.

2. Purpose of Obtaining and Using Personal Information

The Group will collect personal information such as resume, work history, withholding tax certificates, etc. only when necessary for the purpose of recruitment. The purpose of obtaining personal information is for recruitment activities (document screening, interviews, evaluations, communication with applicants, etc.) and conducting onboarding procedures. It will not be used for any other purposes.

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

In principle, we will not provide personal information of job applicants to third parties unless we have obtained the consent of the applicant or are required by law to do so.

4. Entrustment of Personal Information

The Group may entrust the handling of personal information to our other group Companies, human resource service providers and other parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes stated in Section 2.

5. Secure Management of Personal Information

The Group shall implement reasonable security control measures to prevent leakage, etc. of personal information of employment applicants. We will also appropriately supervise our employees and contractors who handle the personal information of job applicants.

6. Retention, Return and Disposal of Personal Information

Personal information of applicants who are hired will be retained by the Group as employment management records.
Personal information of applicants who are not hired will be disposed of within a period not exceeding four years from the date of rejection.
Please note that application documents provided will, in principle, not be returned.

7. Procedures for Requesting Disclosure of Personal Information

If you wish to request disclosure of your personal information (notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, or cessation of provision to third parties), please contact us at the following address.
After confirming that the requester is the individual or their authorized representative, we will respond promptly.
Please note that we cannot disclose information related to individual selection or evaluation results.

8. Consequences of Not Providing Personal Information

Providing your personal information to the Group is voluntary; however, please understand that if you fail to provide the information necessary for the recruitment process, you may not be considered for selection.
